How do I get my free Alternative Cleaning quote?

Simply call 317-253-9337 during regular business hours or email at sales@indyclean.com. We'll accommodate your schedule, assess your needs, and quote your job as soon as possible.

Is ACI Bonded and Insured?

Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured. Simply ask for a certificate of insurance and we will fax or email one to you the same day.

Does ACI guarantee their work?

Yes we do! We always communicate clearly with you, our client, so that we're all "on the same page" when it comes to your expectations. While it doesn't happen often, when a client does have a concern, we address it promptly. We value our reputation as much as we value your business.

How far will ACI travel?

We currently service Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock, and, Johnson counties! Our carpet cleaning crew travels the state to service several accounts.

Can ACI provide references?

Yes, we have many satisfied customers in both residential and commercial settings that we can supply as references.

Does ACI provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Supplies and equipment are included in our quoted prices.

Will I have to sign an agreement with Alternative Cleaning Inc?

Yes, and it's in your best interest to do so. Here's why: we guarantee that ACI will provide you the exact services and products agreed upon prior to starting, and that you will not be 'stuck" with our services if you current needs and expectations change.
To protect both of our interests. we ask that you sign an agreement which outlines:

  • Your expectations Our obligations to you (duties and frequency)
  • An agreed-to price and payment schedule for our services
  • An effective time period of usually no less than one than one (1) year
  • Instructions for a 30-day notification process in the event that either party is dissatisfied

What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?

If we are cleaning carpet or floor coverings, we ask that you remove smaller items so that we can concentrate on moving the large pieces of furniture that may need moved. If we are cleaning windows, we ask that personal items be removed from the window area so that we can easily access the windows. Commercially speaking, we always ask that your employees be made aware of the change in service and that we have one main contact in the building to whom they can direct requests or questions.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept checks, cash, credit cards and direct deposit.

Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?

We make every effort to accommodate our customers' schedules!

Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives to work at my residence?

You do not need to be home If we are washing outsides of windows only and can access the glass from the exterior of the home. Likewise with gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Payment arrangements, however, must be made in advance.

Who will actually be cleaning at my home or business?

One of our trained employees, all of whom are covered under our insurance and bonding.
