"I am pleased to recommend Alternative Cleaning as a commercial cleaning company for large construction cleanups and follow up. We hired Alternative Cleaning to help clean common areas of the new 375,000 square foot Grand Park Soccer Facility.

I worked closely with Owner, Curt Ross, General Manager, Aaron Snoeberger, and Account Manager, Steve Ellson. The project was competitively and reasonably priced. It was adequately staffed at all times. They cleaned based on detailed cleaning specs. They paid attention to details, periodically checked with me to insure I was satisfied with the clean and did the extras in the building to clean in spite of construction workers adding dirt to previously cleaned areas. Because of the ongoing construction, the Alternative staff had to reclean several areas. In addition, Curt knew we did not have cleaning supplies. He left cleaning supplies and equipment to help us.

I was so happy with the initial construction cleaning that I hired them again to touch up restrooms, dust and mop common area floors and horizontal services, clean two newly constructed restrooms and detail specific seating areas and windows in advance of a company party at the facility. They again did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Alternative Cleaning for small or large construction cleans.
